Service Agreement & Client Terms
By booking or receiving a treatment online or in clinic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms clarify expectations, minimise disputes, and protect both you and us. Additional Online Service Terms & Conditions apply for internet bookings.

Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services
All treatment packages and prepaid services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited. Extensions may be granted at the clinic’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Account Credit
Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or last use. Unused credit will expire after this period and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Expired Services
It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend appointments within the validity period. No refunds will be issued for expired treatments, credits, or packages. -
Suspension of Prepaid Packages
We may suspend a prepaid package once under certain circumstances
(e.g : medical conditions) for up to 12 months, at our discretion.
- Only one suspension per package is permitted.
- You may be required to provide supporting documentation.
- Remaining expiry time is reinstated once treatments recommence. -
Cancellations & No-Shows
Must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
• Retention of your deposit, OR
• Deduction of one prepaid treatment, OR
• Charging 50% of the RRP of the scheduled treatment.No refunds for change of mind.
Refunds may be offered where required under ACL, or at our discretion if treatments are unsafe or unsuitable. -
Refunds & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy refund, repair, or replacement, if a service:
- Is faulty or unsafe,
- Is not fit for purpose and cannot be fixed,
- Is significantly different from its description,
- Was misrepresented, causing you loss.These rights are guaranteed and cannot be waived.

Your Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, skin history, and medications.
Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
Understand that while we exercise due care and skill, we do not guarantee absolute suitability or risk-free results for every client. -
